He pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E.), which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. In 2010, alongside his father, Dayarambhai Parecha, Jaydeep began Creed Chemicals in their hometown with a humble yet ambitious vision. Initially, the business operated on a modest scale, but step by step, they expanded operations across Gujarat, transforming Creed Chemicals into a trusted name in the construction chemical industry.
In the early days of the business, Jaydeep took a hands-on approach, working shoulder to shoulder with factory workers. He handled all aspects of the operations personally—from manufacturing to training workers—instilling strong work ethics and fostering a deep sense of teamwork within the company. He trained his workers and staff, focusing on skill development and ensuring that the company maintained the highest quality standards.
Marketing Creed Chemicals was also a personal endeavor for Jaydeep.
